Our designer will reach out within 48 hours after your order .She will send you a preview of the basic photo processing.
2 | Fine Editing (depends on communication)
Once you approve the preview, the designer will begin detailed editing. The duration of this stage depends on how quickly we communicate and finalize the artwork.
3 | Production & Shipping (7–10 business days)
After final approval, your custom diamond painting enters production and is shipped within 7–10 business days.
1. High Resolution & Clarity.
DO: Upload photos that are sharp, clear, and high-resolution (2000+ pixels recommended).
AVOID: Blurry, pixelated, or low-quality images. (If your photo is blurry, your canvas will be blurry.)
2. Balanced Lighting & Contrast
DO: Ensure the photo has even and uniform lighting across the entire subject.
AVOID: Harsh direct sunlight, deep shadows, or strong, blown-out highlights.
Contrast: Photos must have strong color contrast and clear boundaries (avoid large, plain walls or overly blended colors).
3. Composition & Sizing
Single Portraits: Use a close-up shot (head and shoulders). Do not submit distant, full-body photos, as the diamond drills cannot capture distant facial details.
Group Photos (2+): You MUST select a larger canvas size (40x60cm or bigger). The more subjects, the larger the canvas needs to be to retain clear features.
